This Cultural Conservation Easement Memorandum of Agreement (“MOA”) is entered into by and between the Amah Mutsun Tribal Band (“AMTB” or “Tribe”), a California Tribe eligible to hold a Conservation Easement under California Civil Code Section 815.3, and the Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District, a public district under the laws of California (“District”), collectively “the Parties,” dated (“Effective Date”).
