This Solid Waste and Recyclable Materials Collection, Transportation, Disposal, and Processing Contract (“Contract”), is entered as of the Effective Date by and between the City of Manor (hereinafter called “City”), a Texas home rule municipality, and (hereinafter called “Contractor”), a Texas Corporation, acting by and through their duly qualified representatives.
