This Amendment No. 6 to the Program Management Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “Amendment No. 6”) is entered into by and between the Texas Facilities Commission (hereinafter referred to as “TFC”), a state agency, as Owner (as defined in UGC, Section 1.28), and Michael Baker and Huitt-Zollars JV (hereinafter referred to as “Program Management Firm ” of “PMF”) (hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Parties”), to amend the original Program Management Agreement between the parties (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”), as amended.
