This Sales Agreement for Portable Classroom Buildings (“Agreement”) is entered into as of October 12, 2023 (“Effective Date”), by and between the Porterville Unified School District (“PUSD”), and the Alpaugh Unified School District (“AUSD”). PUSD and AUSD may each be referred to individually as “Party” or together as the “Parties” in this Agreement.
