This CMRS Interconnection Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between NE Colorado Cellular, Inc. (“Carrier”), a Colorado corporation, and United Telephone Company of the West d/b/a Sprint (“Sprint”), a Delaware corporation, hereinafter collectively, “the Parties,” entered into and effective this 15th day of July 2004 (“Effective Date”), for a two-year term ending July 14, 2006 (“End Date”).
