THIS AGREEMENT made on this day of December, 2007, between the City of Rapid City, 300 Sixth Street, Rapid City, South Dakota 57701, hereinafter referred to as OWNER, and SRF Consulting Group, Inc (One Carlson Parkway North Suite 150, Minneapolis, MN 55447-4443), hereinafter referred to as CONSULTANT. The 2009 – 2013 Transit Development Plan will provide a comprehensive, short-term program of transit improvements meeting the needs of both transit dependent and choice riders. The proposed plan will be structured to address short- and long-term needs and will be included as a section in the Rapid City Area’s Long Range Transportation Plan, hereinafter called the Project.
