As used herein, “You” means the legal person or entity that by its agents or representatives applies for the Alcatel- Lucent Enterprise Application Partner Program (herein the “AAPP”) membership under this Agreement. “Your” is to be interpreted accordingly. “ALE International” means, a corporation having its principal place of business at 32 avenue Kléber, 92700 Colombes, France or any of its affiliate it may designate in writing.
