This Lease Agreement (“Lease”) is entered into this day of June 2021, the Effective Date, by and between Bodie Young, an unmarried individual, the owner of the real property (“Real Property”) hereinafter described, as the Lessor ("Lessor") and the City of Coweta, an Oklahoma Municipality, and the Coweta Public Works Authority, an Oklahoma Public Trust having the City of Coweta, Oklahoma, as its Beneficiary (hereafter collectively referred to as "Lessee").
