This SUBMISSION AGREEMENT (“Submission Agreement”) shall govern the submission of scripts, stage plays, musicals and other materials (collectively, the “Material”) submitted by you (“Writer”) to The Black List, LLC (“Company”) and its diversity list partner organization(s) set forth on the individual program page on Company’s website (such organization(s) collectively, “Partner”), in connection with Company and Partner’s collaboration on a program to identify and highlight the best in diverse storytelling in film and television (the “Program”). For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which Writer acknowledges, by opting-in to the Program, Writer hereby irrevocably agrees as follows:
