In consideration of the receipt of an electronic keypad that allows for access to various properties listed with Multiple Listing Service of Elkhart County, Incorporated and being offered for sale through its various participating offices and real estate brokers, for the sole purpose of providing to the prospective purchasers an inspection of the premises, improvements or various mechanicals, the undersigned agrees to exercise all reasonable caution and care to protect and preserve the real estate and improvements from any damage or loss arising through the use of the electronic keypad and further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Multiple Listing Service of Elkhart County, Incorporated, its various participating brokers or their agents or employees, from any and all claims of the homeowner or any other person resulting from injuries, damage or loss to persons or property arising from use of the keys or the inspection done by the undersigned whether known or unknown at the time
