This Intergovernmental Agreement for the Provision of Emergency Services (“Agreement”), effective this day of , 20210 (“Effective Date”), is entered into by and between the Town of Superior, a Colorado municipal corporation (“Town”), and the Rocky Mountain View Fire Protection District, a fire protection district organized under the Colorado Special District Act, C.R.S. § 32-1-101, et seq. (“Fire District”). The Town and the Fire District are referred to collectively as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party”.
