AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made as of the 1st day of January, 2019 (“Effective Date”), by and between CASINO REINVESTMENT DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY, a public body established in, but not of, the Department of the Treasury of the State of New Jersey, and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of New Jersey, including P.L. 1984, c. 218, as amended and supplemented from time to time (the “Authority”), and the “Concessionaire” identified herein- above).
