This estoppel certificate (the “Estoppel Certificate”) is delivered as of May ___, 2021 (the "Estoppel Date") in connection with the FCA, and is provided to you in connection with the acquisition (the “Acquisition”) of certain property located in Munster, IN, and legally described on Exhibit A attached hereto (“Property”) by CA MOB Acquisitions, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, its successors and assigns (“Purchaser”) from LBC Owner LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Seller”). Purchaser, Chicago Title Insurance Company (“Title Company”) and any lender or other financing source of Purchaser and its successors and assigns (collectively “Lender”) will be relying on this certificate in connection with the Acquisition. Capitalized terms used in this Estoppel Certificate and not defined herein shall have the meanings assigned thereto in the FCA.
