This agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into on , 2007 (the “Effective Date”) between a corporation (“Service or Product Provider”) and Genealogical Society of Utah, a Utah non­profit corporation d/b/a FamilySearch (“FamilySearch”). Provider and FamilySearch may also be referred to herein as a “party” or collectively as the “parties.”
