THIS LABORATORY USE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made as of the date of the last signature below (the “Effective Date”) by and between NORTH CAROLINA STATE UNIVERSITY, on behalf of its Analytical Instrumentation Facility (AIF) (“NC State”),
