The Property includes approximately 1.14 acres identified by Tax Map Serial Number(s) 598-23-01-020 and 598-23-01-019. In entering this Contract, the Department relies on the representations contained in the “Non Responsible Party Application for Voluntary Cleanup Contract" of January 30, 2020, and any amendments thereto, by 161 West Main Street, LLC, which is incorporated into this Contract and attached as Appendix A.
