RSA® Conference Abu Dhabi 2015 will take place at Emirates Palace in Abu Dhabi on November 4-5, 2015. This Sponsorship Contract including the terms and conditions attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference (collectively the “Contract”) is made by and between EMC Computer Systems Austria GmbH, on behalf of RSA Security LLC (“RSA Conference”) and the company identified below (”Company”). Upon execution of this Contract, Company agrees to pay the fees set forth below (“Fee”) in full subject to the Terms and Conditions attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
