This Settlement Agreement (“Agreement”) relating to the 2019 Update to the 2018-2020 New Hampshire Statewide Energy Efficiency Plan (the “2019 Update Plan”) is entered into this 13th day of December, 2018, by and among: Liberty Utilities (Granite State Electric) Corp. (“Granite State”); Unitil Energy Systems, Inc. (“UES”); Public Service Company of New Hampshire d/b/a Eversource Energy (“Eversource”); and the New Hampshire Electric Cooperative, Inc. (“NHEC”) (collectively, the “Electric Utilities”); Liberty Utilities (EnergyNorth Natural Gas) Corp. (“EnergyNorth”) and Northern Utilities, Inc.
