We have identified several safety concerns where meter-renters have been using fire hydrants on VDOT roads that have moderate to significant traffic. In order to alleviate this concern, we are providing you with several locations in the Courthouse and East End areas (see attached maps). You will be required to use these locations and only these locations from now on. Failure to use any of the hydrants in the attached maps may result in the suspension or termination of your contract.
