I, the undersigned, hereby assume any and all risk for myself, my spouse, all of my minor children, and my other family members (collectively, my “Family”) associated with participation by any of us in any and all activities on or in any property, building, and/or facility owned, leased and/or operated by Country Fire, LLC (“Country Fire”), including, without limitation, volleyball practices and games, and any related activities and other sports and physical activities, and any pre or post game or practice events, gatherings or social functions including any consumption of food or beverages, including alcoholic beverages, in connection therewith (collectively, “Activities”), including but not limited to volleyball, workouts and any other outings and events. I acknowledge, agree and represent that I understand the nature of volleyball and other sports and Activities, and that any of my Family participating in such Activities are qualified, in good health and in proper physical condition
