This document, together with the other documents referred to in it, contain the terms of your agreement with Bupa. The agreement is between you, the person named in your Application Form, and Bupa Insurance Services Limited (“we”, “our” and “us”). It sets out clearly what we ask you to do and what we will do for you. A list of definitions can be found in the ‘Defined Terms’ section at the end of this document.
