Robert A. Mulligan have executed a suc- cessor collective bargaining agreement cov- ering 3,600 clerical and professional employees of the Massachusetts Trial Court. The agreement concludes more than a year of bargaining and covers the three-year peri- od from July 1, 2007 through June 30, 2010. Local 6 members overwhelmingly voted to ratify the contract.
