THIS SERVICES AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) by and between PrepNet, LLC, a Michigan limited liability corporation (“PrepNet”), and Grand River Preparatory High School, a body corporate and public school academy (the “School”) is effective the 1st day of July, 2015 (the “Effective Date”). For purposes of this Agreement, PrepNet and the School shall be referred to collectively as the “Parties.”
