Unless otherwise agreed in a separate agreement signed by G2 Integrated Solutions, LLC (“G2-IS”) and the person or organization agreeing to these terms (“Licensee”) that specifically references and supersedes this End User License Agreement (“EULA”), this EULA governs the download, installation, and use of software delivered or otherwise made available by G2-IS and any accompanying documentation (together, the “Software”) by Licensee. By clicking “I Agree”, or by downloading, installing or otherwise using the Software, Licensee agrees to the terms of this EULA. If an individual is entering into this EULA on behalf of an organization, such organization is hereby deemed Licensee and such individual represents and warrants that such individual has the power and authority required to bind such organization to this EULA; such individual will be the sole, named individual able to exercise the rights granted herein on behalf of the Licensee. “Party” means G2-IS or Licensee and “Parties” means
