This PAMM Service Agreement is entered into by and between Vida Markets (PTY) Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "Vida Markets", "the Company"), a company duly incorporated under the laws of the South Africa and regulated by the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) (License No. 42734), and the PAMM Manager and the PAMM Investor (hereinafter referred to as "Clients" or “Investor” or "Parties") executing this document by accepting its terms either online or offline. A copy will be sent to both parties via email, if the other party does not receive such email then it must immediately contact Vida Markets.
