This Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) is made between the United States Agency for International Development (“USAID”) and the United States Environmental Protection Agency (“EPA”). Throughout this MOU, USAID and EPA are referred to collectively as “the Participants,” and individually as a “Participant.”
