Private Golf Cart Trail Fee AgreementFee Agreement • June 1st, 2016
The Club currently extends the privilege of using a privately owned golf cart on the golf course only to those Club members who are residents of The Club Villages subdivision (the “Villages”). By signing below, Member hereby warrants and represents that Member is a resident of the Villages, and agrees that Club may terminate this Agreement immediately, with no refund of any kind to Member, should such representation be false, or should Member relocate to a home outside of the Villages. The privilege may not be assigned to guests. Club may terminate the privilege of using privately owned golf carts at any time. Through this Agreement, Club extends and Member accepts such privilege, subject to any and all Club Rules, Membership Policies, and the following terms and conditions:
