Depending on the typ of licence you are buying only one of the EULAs applies. If you are buying an indefinite licence (i.e. single user, educational single user, educational multi user, additional licence and upgrades from ecoinvent v2 to v3), then Part I applies. If you are buying a Yearly licence, then Part II applies.
