This Amendment to Contract No.20-28-0073-OSO (as amended “Contract”), hereinafter referred to as “Seventh Amendment,” is made and entered into or upon execution of all necessary signatures between the County of Orange, a political subdivision of the State of California, hereinafter referred to as “County” and America Works of California, Inc., D-U-N-S No. 788624315, a California for-profit corporation, with a place of business at 228 East 45th Street, 16th floor, New York, NY 10017, hereinafter referred to as “Subrecipient,” with County and Subrecipient sometimes referred to as “Party,” or collectively as “Parties.”
