CONDUIT LICENSE AGREEMENTConduit License Agreement • March 2nd, 2018
This agreement is not a grant of an easement or any perpetual right, but merely a license. The City ofOdessa, by giving sixty (60) days written notice, may require Texas Tech University System to relocate any conduit authorized by this agreement. Upon agreement of the City of Odessa and Texas Tech University System, said relocation shall be at the sole expense of the Texas Tech University System. If the City of Odessa and Texas Tech University System cannot reach an agreement, the City of Odessa may still require Texas Tech University System to relocate any conduit authorized by this agreement at the City of Odessa's expense.
