This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is entered into by and among members of the West-Side Sub-Region Integrated Regional Water Management Plan Leadership Committee for the purpose of developing, administering, updating and implementing an Integrated Regional Water Management Plan for the Westside Sub- Region of the Sacramento River Funding Area. Signatories to this MOU shall hereinafter be referred to individually as “Party” or collectively as “Parties”.
