This Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”) forms part of the Password Boss Non-Exclusive Reseller Agreement (or other such titled written or electronic agreement addressing the same subject matter) between Password Boss and Company for the purchase of Solutions from Password Boss (identified collectively either as the “Service”, “Solution”, or otherwise in the applicable agreement, and hereinafter defined as the “Service”), wherein such agreement is hereinafter defined as the “Agreement,” and whereby this DPA reflects the parties’ agreement with regard to the Processing of Personal Data.
