This tri-party interlocal agreement, (“ILA”) is entered into by and among Garland Police Department, a corporation incorporated under the laws of the State of Texas with its principal place of business in 1891 Forest Lane, Garland, TX 75042; the Garland Independent School District (“Garland ISD”), a Texas political subdivision of secondary education; and the Dallas College (“Dallas College or College”), a Texas political subdivision of higher education (collectively, the “Parties”), and sets forth the roles of the various parties in regard to the implementation of the Pathways to Technology Early College High School (“P-TECH”) model at Lakeview Centennial High School (the “Program”)
