This agreement professional services relating to the installation of soil vapor extraction wells for Probe P-10AD gas mitigation at the California Street Landfill (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this 20th day of July, 2010 (“Effective Date”), by and between the City of Redlands (“City”) and SCS Field Services (“Consultant”). This Agreement, by and between the City and Consultant, shall terminate on the 20th day of July 2011. City and Consultant are sometimes individually referred to herein as a “Party” and, together, as the “Parties.”
