These terms of use and end user license agreement (collectively, the “Terms of Use” or “TOU”) apply to the application-based agriculture management service, provided by CNH Industrial America LLC and its global affiliates and related entities (“CNHI”, “we” or “us”) ("Service"). The term “Service” includes the services provided to you through this website ("Site"), and all the software, features and functions available on or through the use of the Site or through an approved Telematics Device (as defined below) or Asset (as defined below).
