Pursuant to this Agreement, (the “Amendment”), Alliance Network, Inc. (“Alliance”), and BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc. (“BellSouth”), hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Parties,” hereby agree to amend that certain Interconnection Agreement between the Parties dated September 15, 1999 (“Agreement”).
