The Employer will forward the money so deducted to the Association not later than the thirtieth day of the month in which the deduction was made, accompanied by a list of names and social insurance numbers of all nurses from whose wages the deductions have been made. In addition, the Hospital will include a list of employees on leave of absence with a duration of one month or more. A nurse's social insurance number will not be given by the Employer without the written consent of that person.
