The Exhibitor/Artist identified above (“Artist”) desires to display the artwork identified above (the “Artwork”) in certain specified areas of FMH’S Woman’s Center located along Crestwood Boulevard, Frederick, Maryland (the “Woman’s Center”). Frederick Memorial Hospital, Inc. (“FMH”) has agreed to permit the Artist to display the Artwork at the Woman’s Center, provided that the Artist agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement (“Agreement”). Accordingly, in consideration of the mutual agreements set forth herein, and other valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the Artist and FMH agree as follows:
