Hilton is offering UK VAT-registered agents an outsourced Self-Billing system that, simultaneously, creates a VAT invoice on the agent’s behalf and initiates payment, based on Hilton’s daily check-out records for transient individual bookings. This does not include conference or group bookings, which must continue to be invoiced directly to the hotels concerned.
