This Confidential Document Imaging Services Agreement (“Services Agreement”) is made by and between FILE KEEPERS, LLC (hereinafter “Company”) and Customer (“you”). In consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein, Company and Customer hereby agree as follows: Both Customer and Company are a Party to this Agreement, and shall be collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
