THIS AGREEMENT is made by and between BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc., (“BellSouth”), a Georgia corporation, and Teligent Services, Inc.(“Teligent”), Delaware corporation, Teligent and shall be deemed effective as of the Effective Date specified in Section 3 hereof.
