Yasnogorsk Ясногорск Aviagen LLC, hereafter referred to as the«SELLER», represented bySales Director Taktarov E.A.,acting on the basis of the Attorney dated July 22, 2017, on one side, and OJSC «Poultry factory «Reftinskaya»,hereinafter referred to as the «BUYER», represented by Director GeneralZasipkin A.L.,acting on the basis of Company Regulations, on the other side, hereinafter jointly referred to as the«PARTIES» and separately as the «PARTY», have concluded this Сontract as follows: ООО «Авиаген»,именуемое в дальнейшем «ПРОДАВЕЦ», в лицеДиректора по продажам Тактарова Э.А.,действующего на основании Доверенности от 22 июля 2017 г., с одной стороны, и ОАО «Птицефабрика «Рефтинская»,именуемое в дальнейшем «ПОКУПАТЕЛЬ», в лице Генерального директораЗасыпкина А.Л.,действующего на основании Устава, с другой Стороны, далее вместе именуются как«СТОРОНЫ» и порознь как «СТОРОНА», заключили настоящий Договор о нижеследующем: 1.
