This Land Exchange Agreement (hereinafter the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between the TAOS COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS, a political subdivision of the State of New Mexico and its successors and assigns (“County”) and the TOWN OF TAOS, a municipality and a political subdivision of the State of New Mexico, and its successor and assigns (“Town”), on this ______ day of _______________, 2018. County and Town may be referred to individually as “Party” or collectively, “Parties.”
