THIS AGREEMENT is made this 3th day of June, 2014 by and between the NEWARK UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT (“District”), a California public school district, and _Dryco Construction, Inc. (“Contractor”). The District and the Contractor may be referred to herein individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
