This ESCROW AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated , 2019, is between the CALIPATRIA UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT, a school district organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of California (the “District”), and U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, a national banking association organized and existing under the laws of the United States of America, acting as escrow agent for the Refunded Bonds described below (the “Escrow Agent”).
