(“Ricoh”) agrees to sell the specific equipment, software, and/or hardware (“Products”) and/or provide the services (“Services”) identified on an Order (defined below). This Agreement is executed pursuant to the contract by and between Ricoh, and the lead agency, Unified School District No. 233 of Johnson County, Kansas, a public school district organized and existing under the constitution and laws of the State of Kansas (the “District”) having an Agreement Number 0022025. In order to obtain Products and/or Services from Ricoh hereunder, Customer will either: (i) execute an order form (in a form to be provided and executed by Ricoh) referencing this Agreement; or (ii) issue a purchase order to Ricoh (each, an “Order”).
