This Agreement applies to the Piñata Pay VISA Debit Card (singularly or collectively, the “Card”), which has been issued to you by Pacific West Bank, a bank chartered under the laws of the State of Oregon (the “Bank”), a member of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC). Pinata Rent, Inc. (“Program Partner”) is responsible for managing the Card program on behalf of Bank.
