Customer (also known as Lessee) shall be conclusively deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter ‘Agreement”), and to have entered into this Agreement with Lessor, also known as Company. This Agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State where the work is being performed and the laws of the United States of America, including, but not limited to, federal transportation law while the Cargo or Equipment is in transit.
