THIS AGREEMENT for the Abatement of Weeds by County of Santa Clara for the Town of Los Gatos (“AGREEMENT”) is made and entered into by and among the County of Santa Clara, a political subdivision of the State of California (“COUNTY”), and the Town of Los Gatos (“TOWN”), a Town corporation, effective this (“EFFECTIVE DATE”). COUNTY and TOWN may be collectively referred to herein as the “PARTIES” and individually as a “PARTY,” unless specifically identified otherwise.
