This Agreement for Services (“Agreement”) is made by and between the Austin Independent School District, hereinafter referred to as “AISD,” 1111 West 6th Street, Austin, Texas, and IDEA Public Schools, Inc. hereinafter referred to as “IDEA Public Schools” or “IDEA”, a Delaware Texas non-stockprofit corporation and a Texas public charter school system whose business address is 505 Angelita Drive, Ste. 9, Weslaco, Texas 78596. IDEA Public Schools will operate under a contract for educational services in a charter school setting (the “School”) within AISD.
